Lap Spirits welcomed guests for an exclusive Canella event in Singapore, joined by Tommaso Canella, a member of the family behind the Italian brand. Through personal sharing, tastings and a special collaboration with Martin’s Home Cafe, the afternoon offered a closer look at what makes Canella so distinctive.

Discovering the Story Behind Canella Bellini
Tommaso shared insights into Canella’s heritage and the ingredients behind its signature Prosecco cocktails, including the much-loved Bellini.
The peaches are harvested ripe to bring out their natural sweetness and fragrance. Their quality and ripeness allow the peach flavour to shine without artificial flavouring.
Hearing these details directly from Tommaso brought a deeper appreciation of the care behind every bottle.
Canella Bellini, Reimagined as Sorbet
For a refreshing twist, we collaborated with Martin’s Home Cafe to create a Bellini sorbet exclusively for the event.
Handcrafted using Canella Bellini, the sorbet transformed the familiar white peach cocktail into a smooth, refreshing treat. It offered guests a playful new way to experience Bellini and became a memorable part of the afternoon.
A Little Bellini at Every Turn
Our Bellini cart brought a charming touch to the celebration, creating a welcoming spot for guests to discover and enjoy Canella. Thoughtfully prepared door gifts gave guests something to take home, while even a Bellini pillow made an appearance, adding a playful touch to the experience.
These little details helped bring the world of Canella to life beyond the glass.
